We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out.
Like that one time you tried bangs.
If you’re not completely in love with your handcrafted hairware, here’s what you need to know about returns.
Can I Return My Item?
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and in-their-original-packaging items within 30 days of purchase. If it’s still as pristine as a freshly styled blowout, we’ll gladly take it back. But for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories that have been worn.
After all, some things like hair ties and secrets are best kept to yourself!
How Do I Start a Return?
Returning is easy - like a messy top knot on a busy morning.
Just follow these steps:
- Email us or fill out our conact form with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label (because we believe in making things as smooth as a detangling spray).
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
- Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days no knots, no hassle!
What About Refunds?
If your return meets our criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Sorry, no refunds for shipping costs, those couriers work hard, and we can’t ask them to return the favour.
Exchanges
Want to swap your item for a different style? We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for your must have hairware.
What If My Item Is Damaged?
Oh no! If your item arrives looking like it lost a fight with a hairdryer, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at …………. with a photo, and we’ll make it right STAT.
The Fine Print
- Final sale items (because some things in life are just meant to be).
- Gift cards are non-refundable (but they do make fabulous presents!).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy.
